Why am I talking to Rhonda about the topic of caring for a parent at the end of their life? Well, she and I both cared for our Momma’s at the end of their lives and were with them as they left this world and entered Heaven.
I can’t wait to introduce you to Rhonda…she is delightful, funny, and poignant. I know you’ll enjoy her!
Then I’ll take the last half of the show to share my four-month journey of care-giving my late 90 year old Momma who suffered from advanced Alzheimer’s and was on Hospice when I came to help my brother care for her in late November of last y ear. I shared my journey in posts on my Facebook page and poured out my heart with the ups and downs of the experience. I believe the healing I received along the way will be a blessing to you as well.
Because I’ll be attending the memorial service for my Momma in Southern California during the time of my show, it will be pre-recorded. Please pass the word about the show…it will be a powerful time of addressing an eventuality that many of us will need to prepare our hearts to experience. It is an honor and a privilege to be used by the Lord to serve those who gave us life…so I pray our insights can be helpful to you all!
