This Saturday, 7/27, Living Victoriously After Trauma with Dr. Regina Davis, and Director of Women’s Ministries at CBC, Martha Fisher

I am so thrilled to introduce you to my CBC choir buddy and your local PTSD expert, Dr. Regina Davis.

Dr. Regina Davis is a licensed clinical psychologist with 14 years of experience. She is also a university educator, conference speaker and, most importantly, an evangelist. She believes that emotional freedom is crucial to fulfilling our God-given destinies. Dr. Davis is dedicated to helping emotionally hurting people achieve healthy minds and productive lives and has a Christ-centered passion for helping trauma survivors.

The first two local callers who call in during the show will each receive one free session with Dr. Davis, each session valued at $130. We are going to discuss Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, the symptoms, and how they affect not only those currently on active duty, but veterans of any war, as well as those of us who have suffered trauma in our pasts, but not necessarily combat related.

I know from my many years of work with Vietnam veterans and their family members, those who are struggling with PTSD, or have a loved one who struggles with the symptoms, can feel very much alone, isolated, and not at all understood.
