Recap on 7/6 Show with Dr. Ron Eaker, My Favorite Hormone Expert!

If you missed the show, here’s the podcast

eaker2What a blast it was to interview my friend, Dr. Ron Eaker. He’s the author of “A Woman’s Guide to Hormone Health: The Creator’s Way for Managing Menopause” and what a blessing it was to hear how he stood firm on keeping God in the middle of the book instead of just making it a book about menopause. I love how God was faithful to give him the courage to stand against popular opinion and emphasize the importance of physical, emotional and spiritual wellness when it comes to our hormones…praise God!51qAbEpmNrL._BO2,204,203,200_PIsitb-sticker-arrow-click,TopRight,35,-76_AA300_SH20_OU01_

If you weren’t one of today’s winners, I would encourage you to get a copy of the book…This guide through the often turbulent storms of menopause and the years leading up to it gives women answers they can trust and apply to their lives. Dr. Eaker combines the best medical information available with biblical wisdom to help women handle the natural changes occurring in their lives. His 20 years of medical practice allow him to speak with authority as well as compassion as he offers options and solutions, encouraging women to actively participate in their health care. Topics of concern such as exercise, diet, nutrition, and osteoporosis are addressed as part of a healthy lifestyle. The book includes discussion of PMS and perimenopause, as well as menopause, making it a must-have for women from 30 to 60.

We had some great call in questions and Dr. Ron did a great job clearly answering questions…I learned a lot!
